Indira Gandhi National open University has released employment notification for the recruitment of 102 junior assistant typist (JAT) and stenographer vacancy. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online from their websites.

     Educational Qualification :-

          I)  10+2 or equivalent

          ii).  Typing test with a speed of 40 w.p.m in English or 35 w.p.m Hindi or Computer.

          Desirable: A bachelors degree from a recognised University.

2.  Stenographer :-

        No of Posts       -      52

        Category wise Vacancy :

                  UR      :   23

                  SC      :     7

                  ST       :    3

                  OBC  :    14

                  EWS   :    5

     Pay Scale      :-     25,500/-  To   81,100/-

    

     Educational Qualification :-

             I).    10 + 2 or equivalent

              ii).    Typing test with a speed of 40 w.p.m in English or 35 w.p.m Hindi or computer.

             iii).    Shorthand test @ 80 w.p.m

3.  Age :-

       Junior Assistant - candidates age must be between 18 to 27 years as on 21st December 2023.

      Stenographer -  candidates age must be between 18 to 30 years on 21st December 2023.

 Category wise age relaxation :

                SC              : 5 years 

                ST              : 5 Years 

                OBC/NCL  : 3 years

                PWBD       :10 years

4.  Fees :- 

     UR, OBC (NCL)                    = 1000/-

      SC, ST, Female & EWS      =  600/-

     PwBD                                   =  Nil
