ASSAM PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION:-

(অসম লোকসেৱা আয়োগ):-

           Assam public service commission invoice application from Indian citizens as defined in article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India for the under mention posts under Assam government in the scale of indicated below and caring usual allowances as admissible under rules of the Government of Assam.

           অসম জনসেৱা আয়োগে অসম চৰকাৰৰ নিয়মৰ অধীনত প্ৰশাসনযোগ্য হিচাপে সাধাৰণ ভাট্টাসমূহৰ যত্ন লোৱাত তলত উল্লেখ কৰা দৰমহাৰ স্কেলত অসম চৰকাৰৰ অধীনত উল্লেখিত পদটোৰ বাবে ভাৰতৰ সংবিধানৰ ৫ৰ পৰা ৮ নং অনুচ্ছেদত সংজ্ঞায়িত ভাৰতীয় নাগৰিকৰ পৰা আবেদন আমন্ত্ৰণ জনাইছে ৷

1. Name of the Post:- 

             Stenographer Grade 2 in Assam Secretariat  (জনতা ভবন) under General administration department.

2. Online Application:- Start from - 05/12/2023

                                            End Date -   04/01/2024

3. No. Of Posts:- 

               a) Stenographer Grade 2 (English)    : 11 post

               b) stenographer Grade 2 (language) : 6 post

         Total        :-      17 posts

4. Scale of Pay:- Pay scale + Grade Pay + Other                             allowances as admissible to the Assam State                 Government employees from time to time                     (per month).

                  Pay Scale :-   Rs. 22,000/- to 97,000/-

                  Grade Pay :- Rs. 9,400/-

                  Pay Band :-   p.b. - 3

5. Eligibility criteria :- 

           No candidate shall be eligible to seat for Speed test at 100 w.p.m in English in 90 w.b.m in language (assamese Bengali and Hindi) unless he or she had passed the speed test at 80 w.p.m in English in 70 w.p.m in language (assamese Bengali and Hindi) conducted by the board constituted and recognised by the government.

কোনো প্ৰাৰ্থীয়ে ভাষাত (অসমীয়া বাংলা আৰু হিন্দী) ৭০ w.p.m ইংৰাজীত ৮০ w.p.m ত স্পীড টেষ্টত উত্তীৰ্ণ নহ’লে ভাষাত (অসমীয়া বাংলা আৰু হিন্দী) ৯০ w.b.m ইংৰাজীত ১০০ w.p.m ত Speed ​​test ত আসন লাভ কৰিব নোৱাৰিব  ) চৰকাৰে গঠন কৰা আৰু স্বীকৃতি দিয়া ব’ৰ্ডৰ দ্বাৰা পৰিচালিত।

6. Educational qualification:- 

             Minimum educational qualification is passed degree examination or equivalent examination from a recognised University.

             নূন্যতম শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা হ’ল স্বীকৃতিপ্ৰাপ্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা ডিগ্ৰী পৰীক্ষা বা সমতুল্য পৰীক্ষাত উত্তীৰ্ণ হোৱা।

7. Age :- 

               The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on  01/01/2023 the upper is limit is relaxable as.

               01/01/2023 তাৰিখে প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলৰ বয়স 21 বছৰৰ কম আৰু 38 বছৰৰ অধিক হ'ব নালাগে ৷

               The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the class 10 and class 12 examination admit card/pass certificate/marksheet issued by a recognise Central/State board/council where age/date of birth (dob) is clearly reflected.

               স্বীকৃতিপ্ৰাপ্ত কেন্দ্ৰীয়/ৰাজ্যিক ব’ৰ্ড/পৰিষদৰ দ্বাৰা প্ৰদান কৰা দশম আৰু দ্বাদশ শ্ৰেণীৰ পৰীক্ষাৰ এডমিট কাৰ্ড/পাছ চাৰ্টিফিকেট/মাৰ্কশ্বীটৰ ভিত্তিত পৰীক্ষাৰ্থীৰ বয়সৰ সীমা গণনা কৰা হ’ব য’ত বয়স/জন্ম তাৰিখ (dob) স্পষ্টকৈ প্ৰতিফলিত হয়।

8. Processing fees:- 

        General =                  297.20

        SC/ST/OBC/MOBC = 197.20

        BPL =                         47.20

         PwBD =                    47.20
